    • Lead the PV operations of designated locations
    • Overall responsible for successful delivery ofservice at offshore
    • Strategic decisions with regard to operations at offshore
    • Attrition management at offshore operations
    • Ensure customer satisfaction on project deliverables
    • Assess and prioritize actions
    • Lead and manage the implementation of the project
    • Monitor overall performance of SLAs
    • Follow up if SLA is not meeting expectations
    • Make operational decisions with regards to operations offshore
    • Lead operational review meetings and contribute to steering meetings
    • Capacity planning and work load forecasting in consultation with Management
    • Maintain knowledge on current staffing pattern and foresee future staff requirement to facilitate timely recruitment
    • Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance for team members
    • Responsible for people management including coaching and career development and talent retention of Project team members
    • Attend regular review meetings and liaise with management as appropriate
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in PV operations
    • Provide support to internal & external audits for PV operations
    • Generation of monthly performance reports
    • Provide annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback.
    • Ensure completion of training plan and training records for all direct reports
    • Reporting to the Deputy General Manager on performance, work in progress status and escalations if any
    • Identify Issues/Risks
